Smoking is a major problem in this country. The good news is that there are many tools that a person can use to quite. One very popular method is the stop smoking gum. While there is a bit of controversy around having a nicotine replacement therapy that contains nicotine, many people have been able to quite using this method. Who’s to question the method if it works? No matter what method you choose, if you’re a smoker, you should consider quitting as soon as possible. Who know?
