Losing weight fast could be detrimental to your health according to some doctors. The belief is this – in order to lose weight in a healthy way, you must not exceed 3 pounds of loss per week. Ideally, 1 pound a week is the healthiest!

I am writing this to show you that I believe there is an alternative to that. When you are overweight, I am almost 100% sure that it is due to your body holding on to the toxins that have been absorbed into your body from various chemicals in our society, including prescription medications, water, body products, food, and more. Your body gets over loaded and literally shuts down! No joke! If you are overweight, then your body is doing it’s job protecting you from those harmful toxins. Your body is actually storing them away from the rest of your body!
I believe there is a way to help your body rid itself of those toxins and allow itself to burn the fat cells, that are storing the toxins. To allow your body to work for itself is the best way to lose weight, and to keep the weight off for the rest of your life! You must cleanse your body. Then, in turn your fat cells are just waiting to be burned, due to the fact that you released the toxins out. I hope this makes sense to you. The fat cells have released those harmful toxins, after you cleansed them, and now these fat cells need somewhere to go. After cleansing, it is typical for someone to lose 10-12 pounds in a little over a weeks worth of time.
